Folashade Oseni is the Partner in charge of Training, Human Resources and Financial Advisory Services (since 2012). Before that, she was a Managing Partner at Folabam Consulting Firm, Nigeria (2009 to 2010). She is a seasoned auditor and trained consultant from Ernst & Young, Nigeria (one of the top five accounting firms). Folashade spent seven years in audit practice, providing business and audit assurance services to Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Trading, Banking and Insurance firms.
More About Her
Mrs. Oseni holds a master’s degree in human resource management and a postgraduate diploma in education. She is pursuing a PhD in educational management, incorporating research in juvenile misbehaviour.
Shade, endowed with an aptitude for conflict management, negotiation skills and leadership abilities, is driven by her zeal to add worth to organisations through the functional management of their human resources. Folashade also has an indwelt passion for children, teens and youth and is resolute that they grow up to become agents of change in their society. Hence, the child, teenage, youth and marriage counselling that she offers is guaranteed to birth a positive change.
She is happily married with children.
