She served as director and other senior roles with Save the Children International, GIZ, Merlin, John Snow Incorporated.
Naomi holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management and Development from University of Manchester. She currently works as HR/Leadership Training Consultant. Her expertise is in organization development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent management and development including leadership training, coaching and mentoring among others.
She is a member of the Rotary Club of Mengo; a Board Member for Water Compass (a local NGO that supports communities with sustainable clean water). She enjoys travelling, jogging, dancing and playing scrabbles.
